Description: Six flowers on two arching, pendulous inflorescences and two buds on one immature inflorescence; sepals medium green overlaid with red-brown blotches proximally coalescing into large irregular and almost solid shapes, distal red-brown blotches coalescing into smaller very irregular shapes, lateral sepals coalesced shapes larger; petals medium green, veins overlaid with smaller red-brown blotches coalescing randomly; lip white, side lobe veins finely spotted maroon, midlobe proximal veins peripherally spotted maroon, proximal central veins maroon, coalescing medially into irregular blotches, callus broad and distinctly elevated, veins finely spotted maroon, distal margin dentate; column proximally light green becoming white, ventral surface densely and irregularly striated maroon, some coalescing proximally, dorsal surface finely blotched proximally coalescing into striations, margin maroon-purple, column wings blotched purple-maroon; substance firm; texture waxy.
